Paraná River
The Paraná River is a river in south central South America that runs for approximately 4,880 kilometers (3,030 mi) through Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. It is the second in length of the Amazon River among South American rivers. It first merges with the Paraguay River and then flows downstream along the Uruguay River to form the Río de la Plata and empties into the Atlantic Ocean.
